I wanted to share a video with all of you. We all know that group of folks that just do cardio everyday. Sometimes people actually watch entire movies on the bike or the treadmill for over an hour and it makes my head spin. Cardio is their entire workout, and I personally get so tired of it after a while. Cardio isn't meant for everyday folks. Sure, I have tough workouts, and some days are just cardio for me, but my workouts are set up so my body is confused, a mix of cardio, weights, and a lot of sweating. So I hope this video sheds some light on why it shouldn't be your everything at the gym.
